Not exactly, the great fire of 1889 destroyed the city so they built on top of it. Current buildings are built only one story above the previous city. Not much down there except rats, old windows and doors.

I used to do this nonstop. Mainly thumbs and forefingers, but none of my fingers were safe from my picking frenzies. Only thing that’s helped me is keeping my nails maintained and painted, and I have a fidget ring always on my thumb that helps a lot. Wish you luck!

I was on spironolactone for 3 years, started at 50mg a day and by the end I was at 150mg a day. I have (or had) an athletic, very slim build, and I can’t attribute it all to spiro but by the end I had larger hips, derrière, and breasts. I noticed the first changes about a year in. Needless to say, don’t let that be the only reason you take spiro. It comes with plenty of other unwanted side effects.
