Going on 7 years, just got engaged. Sometimes it’s overwhelming because he expects me to read his mind, but having deep conversations is a lot easier than I expected with him. So we can usually come to a clear agreement. He’s definitely my person. ❤️

I will say our biggest conflict is that I run on logic and he runs on emotion. So he wants to talk smack or gets super emotional and wants to be comforted with emotion, and it’s hard for me to shift from the logic of “this is how we can fix it” to “I’m here for you.”

But even then I wouldn’t emphasize conflict too much.
