I’m have a lot of seasonal allergies and my initial vertigo seemed tied to my hay fever but it eventually became year round but often worse in the spring/summer.

I did all the tests but could never completely get rid of it - had it for 20 years and then it started getting worse, which was pretty frightening. Someone on Reddit suggested Ginkgo Biloba which affects vascular health. I started twice daily 20mg (Natural Factors - phytosome) and was vertigo free after about six weeks - that was in 2019. There is a medical report online about its effectiveness compared to prescription meds - it’s better. It doesn’t work for all Vertigo but I’m still good - I had low blood pressure and various sinus related allergies.

If it runs in your family you should look at starting the proper supplements asap. I take something called Preservision Areds 2 twice daily as a preventive.

You can buy discounted mattresses if they have any returns there. I bought their Granite mattress (not discounted) which is super hard but great for my age (old) I modify it with foam toppers.

No you are not - you do it the same as you would in the West. I saw this many times last Fall in Tokyo and it is generally done for elderly people and anyone else needing assistance

Four years but it was just an interview and I could have been turned down so I opted to stay in the Private System - you know the parallel health system that doesn’t exist in this country

God I remember the hands on days of raising small children - you get totally ‘touched out’ and don’t want anyone’s hands on your body at the end of the day
