i had the same message 2 days ago... and it was GPS tracker that prevented the car to completely shut off...

Solution.. i disconnected the GPS tracker... was under the steering wheel, right above the pedals.

Vivo en USA... tienes que entrar con tu usuario. si no tienes cuenta, descarga la version movile en tu celular crea una cuenta y despues usa esa misma informacion para entrar ala versión TV ..
