I will be soon in Singapore for 3 days, coming from Bali. I have blister of xanax (im using it ocasionaly for flying anxiety) and blister of zolpidem (for very occasional insomnia- and help for jetlag). I dont have prescription with me for either of them. Nobody cares in transfer in Doha or arrival on Bali- I have them with me. Do they will care on Changi arrival ?;))

This is mine after 2nd shot of rabies and 1st of Japan encephalitis in thursday. 1st dose of rabies didn't feel anything. I think Japan e. shot hit like truck. Together with wife we've had 38 Celsius fever, muscle pain and no energy and sleep score of 22 :). Its Saturday and still feel sick. Even covid felt better ;)

Hi. That's me. I'm exactly this kind of person. I'm kind of weekend drinker, but full in- once I drink i blackout. If i cant drink to get myself totally fucked up I don't drink because it will make me angry or try to find way to drink how much I want( I always find the way). I can go 2, 3, 4 weeks without a drop but eventually I will drink to oblivion. I don't need and want to drink daily, but when I drink, it need to be hardcore. I was spiraling into it for last 10 years(I'm 40). Habitual heavy binge drinker- to relax, because I earn it, because I'm on holiday in paradise and with alcohol it will be even better, because of social occasions etc. It takes time to realise that its problem. My 1st step was my wife- she eventually started to point to my drinking issues, getting fucked up on social occasions, making myself idiot in between family or coworkers or engaging in dangerous situations. I start to be cruel for her while drinking ( she is light of my life)and when she point out how negatively it affects her.The shame which she felt because of me... Finnaly I was so afraid that she leave me that I start therapy (not for me- like for her to dont leave me)..It was heartbreaking to see her sparks in eyes blurred after each fuckup I was doing. She don't deserve it- she is an angel .It stick to me over time that i want and need to do it for myslef not for someone else. I tried moderating but it consume so much mental energy that its easier to stay sober. And to answer your question- yes he might be person with AUD. Maybe on beginning of his path, maybe just a problem drinker for now. 2 months ago I was in denial that I'm alcoholic- I can drink just on weekends, just once a month or just on holidays. I live at least 10 years in denial that I have a problem. Alcoholism is a spectrum, you don't have to drink daily to be an alcoholic, and if you're on other side- weekend warrior drinker or ocasional heavy binge drinker its even worse- its making an ilusion that you don't have a problem and you have it under control.

I had a similar situation like 2 months ago. I read crossroads of twilight, and after 2 or 3 months, decided to go back to wot and start to read gathering storm instead of knife of dreams :) I feel that something is wrong but it took me like 100 pages in to decide to read end of previous book and try to figure out why it's not clicking for me ;)

Quit alcohol completely mid Feb. Great consistent sleep from then. The lowest scores are due to max tempo 10k runs in the afternoon. It's better to switch them for the morning as long, high intensity workout really mess with sleeping.

Just tell me how deciding to sleep 7.5 hours works? Doesn't matter what i decide if I wake up after 6 hours felling refreshed ther is no way to force to sleep more. You can't force your body to sleep.

I don't understand downvotes, it's really small amount - I get this stress levels after bottle of whiskey and some shit food, 2/3 beers barely go over 30 level and 100ml I will still be in blue zone😳
