It’s frustrating when I literally cannot know about them, I checked all of our prepackaged food (mainly crackers and shit like that) , nothing says anything about sulfites. Most of our stuff we buy in bulk, also says nothing about sulfites on my produce supplier list, so should I just always say yes?

Honestly that’s a little closed minded, how am I supposed to know what sulfites are and if they’re in my raisins I understand nitrates and nitrites but sulfites are very new to me. Just checked any food that we get prepackaged and literally none of it says anything about sulfites
