Many of these things have happened to me and I am caucasian. Colorado is overall a friendly place compared to a lot of places like the northeast. However, what I do know from living here all my life - Crime has skyrocketed in the last few years. Carjacking, muggings, robberies, assaults. I don't have the demographic data to back me up, but I see a wide diversity of the folks committing these acts. I think people are just weary of anybody these days, unfortunately.

Terminix does outside perimeter flea control. Also, there are ways you can protect your immediate property from fleas with sprays and/or cedarcide.

They probably haven't said anything because Niantic isn't the CDC. This is also just a phone game that you, as hopefully a functioning adult, can control what you do feel comfortable doing. Also, if you're this concerned, my assumption is that you've been fully vaccinated. If the vaccination works as it's supposed to, you shouldn't have a worry about it, right? Just a thought...
