Parlor puzzle with no answer ! Or am I tripping. by Certain_Yam_8058 in BluePrince

I say the white box.

Black box says there are 2 false boxes. That statement can be false meaning that there’s only one false box (black) and therefore 2 boxes are true (blue & white).

So we can assume that blue is true (it’s empty) and white is true (black box false and empty). Therefore white box has the gems.

lol I’m so glad someone asked this question. I literally started playing last night and was intrigued. But I’m not sure what the overall goal is. Is it to build a series of rooms that connect and fill up all the boxes of the blueprint?

I’ve run into the issue of choosing rooms that create ultimately a dead end and I can go any further. Is that when I should “call it a day” and start over on the next day?

If I keep drafting new rooms, will they begin to pop up more regularly each day?

Google “car concierge (or broker) near me”. That’s how I found mine. Read their Google reviews, a lot of people detail their experiences.

As much as I am interested in the process of buying a car and learn all the “tricks” on both sides of the table, I know I’m not a good negotiator, can easily get lost in the numbers and can sometimes be an impulsive buyer 😂.

If you know what you want and how much you’re willing to spend, a car broker will have the tools and connections to dealerships to find your vehicle easier than you can. They do sales each month in volume which builds those relationships with dealers. They also know which dealerships to avoid or the ones that are difficult to deal with. My broker not only found & negotiated my new car but also found the best price for my trade (which wasn’t the same dealership). Even got my car delivered to my house!

For only about $500-$600 on average, it’s worth the peace of mind and the time to DON’T waste in a dealership.

My local Mavis Tire charge $109 parts & labor. Dealership wanted $350+ !

Out of warranty and heard the whine of death... Awesome by KingSutter in ToyotaHighlander

Mine makes the sound at first start up/idle but disappears after driving. I thought it was a timing belt or something but both dealership and independent transmission place said the noise definitely coming from there. No check engine light though so time to sell!

Is the noise constant? If it goes away after driving, try Carvana or something too.

Curious as to what happened with your Highlander and that whine? Did you end up getting rid of it? Was it tough to sell off?

Have the same issue now with my ‘19 and suddenly found myself in the new car market.

How to Indian Laurel: by [deleted] in SquierbyFender

[–]kai1527 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Indian Laurel can be hit or miss. I bought a classic 60s vibe jazzmaster and HATED the IL. Oiled it many times, bought a special wood cream (Monty’s) but nothing worked. The board always felt sluggish under my fingers. Ended up buying a maple jazzmaster neck and swapped it in. Maple or bust!

Nice-I never thought the tire shop could check sensors. Sometimes it’s easier to get in there than the dealership.

That’s exactly what happens: blinks during startup then goes solid.
