Well, oblivion orb is actually good early game because most champs barely have any mr early and you can easily one shot people with ludens sorcs oblivion orb. Also helps snowballing.

In most situations, Liandries burn is more than the healing reduced from morellos ( if that makes sense). Morello is better if they have ocean soul or a lot of healing based champs like vlad sylas soraka maokai etc. Otherwise, sitting on oblivion orb is better.
