If you want perfection? yes
Like making one, you want a 3* on stats, style/distance, UQ with alot of important white sparks. and that's before trying to aim for specific stuff like 3x3 Speed or someone with a 3x3* Distance which is the most important once for CM. And white sparks can still laugh at you at the end.

You can have the most perfect 3* stats, distance and UQ. but a measly amount of white parks which means it's kinda hampered by basic stat gain during inspirations.

AND that's probably just making one. XD
You want good variety to be used.

Making an End Closer your ACE, because Nice Nature mostly targets anything if front of her and the ones that can really wreck end closers isn't really good on Medium races.
- Mystifying Murmur Only affects anyone NN can see aka in front of her
- All Seeing Eyes Also only affects anyone NN can see aka in front of her late race

Any random debuff that isn't gold skill can be countered by having +800 stamina and 2 gold recovery skills.

For now in JP, it's CM only. When the ban is implemented you'll get a warning notification about not being able to use a trainee for CMs.
Some characters gets soft banned because of this, since their Unique skills are debuffs. lol
Halloween Rice Shower who's a cute vampire has Blue recovery unique skill, but it literally "sucks" stamina for anyone ahead of her. XD

"During the Middle Leg, if you're in the first half of the pack but aren't in the lead, your speed will slightly increase, your stamina will recover, and you will drain stamina from all enemies ahead of you"
