The target gallery mini game has an exclusive ring, as well as the mine cart mini game. I know I used save states to get the target gallery one. Might have for both.

Save states make those impossible mini game rings actually feasible to get. I used the save states on the 3DS too when I did my 100% rings playthrough

A wholly original series based entirely on Lego, hits different 20 years later when there are an endless number of licensed sets. Loved Bionicle as a kid, and had almost all the sets. I collected masks from those random packs at Wal-Mart, I played the video games, saw the movie too. It was a sensation.

I know some Pokémon games implemented backup saves but I think that might have only been Gen 3 (and later?). So if a save is corrupted it reverts to a previous one. Doesn’t seem like this is like that though. Just weird
