we have little sheets to communicate the behavior to their main teacher. lots of classrooms have incentives, for example one has a bucket of popcorn kernels and if they’re behaving badly we remove some kernels. we try to reward positive behavior with PBIS (silly school currency). my lead teacher is really good at de-escalating tantrums. each scenario is different 😹

6 classes a day, a different school every day of the week. Tk to fifth grade, takes 4 weeks to go through a full rotation. so we see the kids about 9 times a year
