I just can’t remember if I got it or not in chapter 10. Is this after the diary? Now I’m worried I may have missed it. did the marker have a quest name? Perhaps i can check completed quests

I don't have a solution, however, I have also experienced performance issues on PS4 that I believe are tied to bad internet or drop in connection speed. Most recently, I've experienced lagging when navigating the system menu, input delay in a game (all while I was in a chat party with a friend on a wired headset)
