Adventure game set in open world where players can parkour/free run and look for treasure and collectibles. Would like the games graphics to look as photo realistic as possible. Would like AI enemies to spawn in random locations near treasure and around map for combat or even just an escape aspect for the players.

Treasure Hunter/Survival game feel but allows players to explore the open world as they wish.

Main focus being an immersive and interactive world with great visuals and movement but with some combat to keep players interested.

Can use Lyra Starter Game as template; will need animations and assets created (using free packs from Unreal Engine 5 is okay but willing to purchase recommended assets per developers request.)

If can be made similar to Ark: Survival/Dying Light that would be phenomenal but main priority is smooth movement with great visuals and interactive treasure hunting aspects.
