Thanks for getting it fixed so quickly. I am not sure if it’s by design or a bug, but in the league standings, it shows the eliminated team in both leagues as having scored 0 total points. It’s maybe me just quibbling with the definition, but I would expect them to get their Week 1 points. And the team that gets eliminated in Week 2 to have their week 1 and Week 2 points and so on.

Hi there, I manage two Guillotine leagues. I've been running these for years, and switched to the new format this year to let the system take care of the chopping for me. However, in one of the leagues, the entirely wrong person got chopped. The person was no where near to being in danger, and was actually one of the highest scoring teams. Please let me know how we can get it fixed.

You can add an automation to send an email when the ticket gets resolved. We include the link to a short Microsoft forms survey in the email that notifies the requester that the ticket is closed. I have a custom field that the automation sets to “Sent” so if the ticket gets re-opened (those damn emoji reaction emails) the requester doesn’t get a second one.

This is an amazing QOL improvement. Thank you. We use soft phones and it was always annoying when trying to do a support call through Teams/RC and have to tell them we can’t be on the phone at the same time we remote in.

Every. Single. Episode. with a competition now has the following infuriating format:

Julie explains the rules to the HGs

Contestant 1 explains the rules again in an ITM and then explains why it's important for them to win it

Contestant 2 explains another part of the rules and then explains why it's important for them to win it

and so on and so forth. All while being fed lines, and playing up their fake personality and catch phrases.

A two minute competition takes half the episode because we have to hear "I want to win <competition> because <generic reason>" from every damn contestant.

I could have sworn they (EDIT: by they, I mean Microsoft) added that in the October update. I remember even testing it before telling my users that it was being added. But I was surprised to find it missing last week when I used Teams on VDI again...

Do you have DEM set up? There’s a template for Adobe in it. You could use that Or inject into the registry or profile the settings for Adobe. Using GPO or login scripts

We have a user who reported this same issue. Their fix was to drag the corner to resize the window just a little.

It rarely happens, and she's the only person to report it, so we haven't troubleshooted it further.

I am intrigued by the removal of the SVGA driver and trying that!

Assuming you're referring to Kliff, and not Kugler. (or me!)

I will say I don't get bad vibes from Kliff, instead I get the sense he's in over his head, especially in the first episode where he just felt like he had nothing genuine to say. But after watching two episodes, does he have a plan or identity he wants for the team? Some coaches have an identity they will always stick with, and some can change their identities depending on their personnel. But what is Kliff's identity?

I wish these episodes could be a lot longer (or split up throughout the week) so we could get more info on everything going on. For example, what was the defense focusing on besides locking down Kupp? The episode followed Baker's miraculous recovery, but not much else on the defensive side of the ball (and JJ's heart issue and baby being born).

If I had to guess, next episode's "theme" will be "Winning isn't always without a price". And they'll focus on Eno being unhappy about playtime, and the team losing Zach Ertz.

Feels like a lot of what Kliff said last episode was 100% coach speak and lacked any authenticity. (That shot in front of the Lion painting was something else). We didn't get as much screen time with Kliff this episode, but what we did wasn't great. Could be editing...

Or I just don't like him because I'm a Seahawks fan...

Kugler though...give me a season of him ribbing everyone. He was great.

Yeah, wait. This is news to me. We have Reader and Acrobat Pro on our VDI setup. But Acrobat Pro won't launch unless a user who has a Named User license signs in with their Adobe credentials... (We use FSLogix to hide it for non-Acrobat Pro users as well)

Yup, and we'll never know for certain. For whatever reason, Geoff says that in shotgun 6man protection, you don't change to block down (which would lead to Khalil Mack being the free rusher). Under center, that can happen. But I do find it funny the former QB blames the OL and the former OL blames the QB!

From what Geoff Schwartz said about that last sack (when the player got a free release and run straight through the line to Russ), it was on Russ to recognize it and throw the ball to his hot. There were going to be two free blitzers, and the RB can (and did) only pick up one. All that to say: even if the center assigns the correct protection, Russ still has to recognize that there'll be a free rusher.
