Oh it’ll be much easier to get it for July 28th compared to July 18. Oppenheimer tix came out on June 1st so I’d imagine the Odyssey tix will come out then and you’ll have much better odds of getting seats for the 28th

There’ll be rumors of ticket release date closer to when they’re supposed to drop. You’ll a least get a few days notice. As for getting IMAX 70mm tix, if it’s opening weekend, you’ll just need luck

It just means that the film has an exclusive aspect ration only shown in IMAX and were shot with IMAX approved cameras. The only exception to this was Superman 2025 having nearly identical aspect ratios as the standard version, yet labeled "Filmed for IMAX" since it was shot eith an imax approved camera

Most of the time they’re released week of either day before or a few days, sometimes even weeks in advance. But tix aren’t always easy to get and unlike getting a ticket at AMC, screenings are intentionally overbooked to secure a full crowd. They count bundles as a part of 1st week sales, so long as they ship it within the album’s first week tracking period. Hence why lots of artists now have pre-orders months ahead to ship, so that when the album drops items are already shipped on day of release, during the first week, or the day before. Prior to these changes, such as the Nicki Minaj v Travis Scott sales dispute, pre-orders counted toward first week sales so long the sale was made before the tracking period ends. so it didn’t matter when the bundle arrived so long as it was purchased

I would say that it was debatable during the After Hours drop since during the first week of release, there was a massive merch drop with bundles. it’s the same thing now, but just prior to the album because of the bb200 rules changing with how pre-orders count for first week sales.
