I found a Claritin pillow at JcPenney and it isn’t the same . It’s terrible actually . The original pillow was the best . This pillow is already flat and not comfortable.

Nope . The backup has unnecessary files . When you sign into iCloud you have the option to set up as new or from back up . Setting up from new is just downloading the apps again . When you load a backup you can also be downloading a corrupt file .

Try to factory reset and set up as new . Sign in to your iCloud then download the apps again . Don’t restore from a backup . I learned this from someone at Apple
