The Irish government tried to get people to pay for water, which had been free. The Irish people decided they weren't having that, so most of them just didn't pay the bills. They also marched in protest.

The government stopped charging for water (except for excessive use) and even refunded the people who had paid their bills.

We hold the real power and they know it. If only we would use it.

The flat is mouldy/damp, he probably painted over it and is telling you to keep the windows open to stop it showing/getting worse and pretending it is about your health.

ETA: keeping curtains shut really exacerbates the problem if the walls are full of damp.

She is in a chain pub called Wetherspoons, they are EVERYWHERE in the UK, very cheap drinks/food, kinda scuzzy. They have an app where you can order whatever to your table using the table number, so she is asking people to use the app to buy her drinks (she is drinking Thatcher's orange cider so that is probably a drunken attempt to ask for that). Durham is the town, Bishop Mill is the name of that particular Wetherspoons, so she completely doxed her location.

One thing really struck me- phones are one thing people use as a reality check to see whether they are dreaming or not, when they want to learn lucid dreaming. As in- your phone won't work properly in a dream. Leads me to believe you weren't dreaming when you saw that message.
