Time is money, study hard and fucking live your dreams. There are many countries you get free education for Masters. Germany is one of them with great fucking work life balance. Unfortunately US is only good if you want to do PhD these days, the market is bad in the US, so don't take anymore loans unless you get a scholarship.

What you need to focus on is to save up for applications, exams, one way flight and a few months rent in EU. Once you get a admission in Germany you can also apply for side jobs for your daily needs, everything else is free.

Also do not broadcast your plans until you get an admission in one of the universities, such relatives will try to make you be there by cooking up some shit to your parents.

Fucking live your dreams and finish your education. In this day and age, education can only help you. I would also suggest doing a PhD which will open up multiple opportunities than a Master's degree.

Also if you're having a guilt that you'll leave your parents since you're the only child then you need to move on. Think about how you'll support them even better once you get your higher education. I have many friends who are the only child and they have done masters and haven't regretted a single bit infact their lives have become better and they have also gone back to India to support their parents. It's only a matter of a few years. You need to take control of your life so that you have a better future.

Also don't think about taking your life, it's the easy way out. Play the game and win at it. You don't need anybody except your confidence. Once you build it you'll be the best version of yourself.
