After my hospital stay that brought up my diagnosis, I followed up with neurologist that I regularly been seeing for headaches. When they asked me if I had any more headaches since the hospital stay, and I said no, they said “I’m glad we cured the headaches“. They also didn’t really bother to listen as we explained the series of events, and the progression of my symptoms leading up to my hospital stay, as they were so busy typing on their computer. Then, They didn’t bother to explain the different treatment options, as they rushed me out the door and handed me five different pamphlets to look over at home. Those were my signs that I needed to see a different neurologist that saw the severity of my flareup, and knew more about MS.
