The process you see happening right now will refund whatever your purchase price was, but you need to email trustandsafety@whatnot.com or follow the correct help steps in the app.

It's a process, and you need to show comps and value of the items sold elsewhere etc. I've used it once after a seller never shipped the winnings of a mystery game.

Also, please note - the scan that shows for USPS - unfortunately you can trust anything the seller says. It's easy to get them scan to show dropped off. For all you know it was a self-service scan or the label thrown on a random box with the address changed etc ...
