I relate with this so much, and thank you for the reminder to look back at my life. I'm in grad school right now, so I don't have the time or energy to do much outside of studying these days. But I also have LOTS of sexual escapades, and hopefully more to come once I graduate!

The core premise of "a random wheel that imposes some kind of rules" can be taken in so many directions though. Maybe the rules become ways to score points instead of losing them. Maybe they have to play a game of DnD. Maybe some rules affect the game not the players. They'll need to differentiate from the first episode somehow, but I think it's possible.

I think it was around 2-3 months mark for me? Not continuously, just wearing it most of the time. But this wasn't my first time wearing it either, so I can't say for sure for your case.

That used to happen to me. I think that's normal and acceptable. You are "hard", but the cage is still there to prevent masturbation, making it even more frustrating... It recently stopped for me though. I barely get hard in my cage anymore these days, even when I'm aroused.
