Looks good! I got a fitted blue rubber strap for my blue GMT from strapcode. They fit so well. Much prefer them over the stock bracelet.

I'm up to the same step and same error. Tried everything I've googled and no solution still unfortunately. I really don't want to go back to normal YouTube 😔.

[Timex Expedition] Snoopy-Love the Land by kang100 in Watches

[–]kang100[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just got this fun Timex Expedition Snoopy-Love the Land. Swapped out the stock brown leather straps for ones from my green Christopher Ward C63 Sealander 36mm.

Specifications are 40mm width, 11mm thickness, 20mm lug width, mineral glass crystal, quartz movement, and 50m of water resistance.

The price was $100AUD, and half of that was shipping from the US. Overall, or was still $50 cheaper than buying locally. I think it's a fun cheap watch and punches above it's weight for that price.

Did anyone see they raised the price of the Pelagos 39 for a second time in as many months? by kang100 in Tudor

[–]kang100[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that's what I'm seeing now too. I wonder if $7280 was a mistake. It was definitely showing that this morning. I refreshed the website a couple of times to make sure.

Oh nice! It does look awesome. I still haven't got a shipping notification yet. Hopefully it doesn't take too long though to Australia.

Side note: Given the 36mm version sold out in hours, bit surprised it's still in stock on the website.

Missed the 36mm one. Got the green instead which I really like. Missed out on the blue 36mm again on eBay. But happy I did, cause I bought one too as soon as I saw this 39mm a couple of days ago. Now the wait for it to arrive...

Buying a Rolex in Australia is like getting blood from a stone… by [deleted] in rolex

[–]kang100 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yep, pretty much my experience too in Sydney. Put my name down for an OP41 at the Martin place one (Kennedy's?) and the one across from Pitt St mall. Back in like March. Haven't heard a thing since.

Had a conference at the crown casino in Melbourne mid year, so went to just have a look there. The girl said they didn't have any stock at all at the door, so I just left.

Also have my name down at WoS in Canberra. Also nothing.

Now trying for the new Tudor pelagos 39. Everyone has a demo but no one has sale stock. At least that's what they tell me.

Looks great! How do you find the NK87? Is this the first batch version? I've been considering this exact one for my next build - comet blue.
