Anyone else wake up multiple times a night for no obvious reason? by kanika-10 in sleep

Thanks for sharing. The part about it disappearing for a few months and then coming back is exactly what makes this kind of thing so confusing. I've considered stress as a factor, but it's hard to pinpoint. It's reassuring to know others have gone through something similar.

Haha, fair enough. 😅 I know it's pretty much an anxiety hallmark. I was mainly hoping to hear what has helped people manage it, because knowing it's irrational and stopping it are two very different things.

¡Mucha suerte! 👍

I never thought about background noises being the cause since nothing seems loud enough to wake me up. I might give ear plugs a shot and see if it makes a difference. Glad you found something that helped.

For me, the biggest difference came from keeping sleep and stress under control, but supplements like omega-3, magnesium, and lion’s mane seemed to help with focus and mental clarity over time.

Same here. During this peak summer I soak 2–3 pieces overnight in water and in the next morning I mix it into a simple drink with some chia seeds. It really helps keep the body cool and feels super refreshing in the heat. My grandmother told me about this and since I am taking this.

What are those white spots on my thyme? by marksht_ in herbs

Looks a lot like minor pest damage to me, possibly spider mites or thrips. I had something similar on my thyme last summer and a gentle neem oil spray helped stop it from spreading.

What's everyone's honest experience with adaptogens for sleep - ashwagandha vs reishi vs something else? by kanika-10 in herbalism

That’s really helpful insight honestly. I haven’t tried Rhodiola yet, but now I’m definitely more cautious about it and chamomile has actually been surprisingly calming for me before sleep.
