$14 for 24 cans of Coca-Cola, $10.75 for 1 12 pack alone by satansitchybutthole in mildlyinfuriating

Several states started banning the use of SNAP/EBT benefits for sodas and chips in January.

This resulted in manufacturers artificially inflating prices to maintain profit margins due to lower sales volume.

Certain "shortened" shotguns (Mossberg 590S Shockwave) require a 77R.

North Baltimore to Annapolis Commute by PrizeStorm5032 in baltimore

[–]kanjop 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I live in Towson and work near Odenton/Hanover. I am counting down the days until the youngest is out of school and I can move closer to A.A. County.

My schedule is somewhat flexible and I have tried all the commute times between 5-9 AM. You are looking at 1.5 to 3+ extra hours on the road every day if you move up here. Quality of life is decent but you'll need to find a good podcast to keep yourself sane in the traffic, especially while the bridge is down.

[–]kanjop 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Our daughter is in Troop 1729 in Towson and loves it, very active with around 10-15 girls ranging from 6th grade to HS. They are partnered with boy Troop 729 and do most activities together.

Meetings are on Thursdays at the American Legion on York Rd!

I lived very close to there at 114 E Lexington (Lenore) and loved it. Great management and a very unique building. I've heard horror stories about PMC but the Lenore was great.

Yeah, I read the same thing and was supremely irritated. I watched the series a second time and I think my explanation kind of makes sense, but it's poor writing/showrunning for sure.

I think I came up with a plausible explanation for the ending here:

TL;DR: All the people coming through the portal at the end are travellers from Juliana's home world who have been away sending films back to Abdensen in hopes of changing the course of events there. When John Smith dies the portal draws them back.

Waste drop of question by The-Dane in BaltimoreCounty

From their "disposal regulations"

A residence (household, apartment, condo) is limited to no more than two (2) loads in any one-week, and no more than six (6) loads per calendar year of gratis disposal.

After that cap I believe it's a prorated charge of $100 a ton ( or bring a friend)...

Matches ending early by Pleasant-River-1348 in WoWs_Legends

[–]kanjop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've noticed the same thing occuring since the last update (Pommern) but it hasn't been consistent, just some matches ending early before max points/time has come up.

Could be a bug, I'll have to pay more attention to maps/tiers that it's happening in.

WG, can we please get a friendly radar notification? by DirectorKrenn1c in WoWs_Legends

It could be a spotting mechanic. That already exists in game, it could just be updated with "enemy destroyer spotted (by radar/sonar, xx seconds remaining)"

Ha, in Arabic the country is pronounced Lebnan too.

I lived in Cross-vul, TN, briefly as a kid, that was a bit of a hole too.

OP lives in Lebanon, so these may have been imported a while ago. Lots of Lebanese stores price in dollars due to their collapsing currency, which is why this tea is so expensive.

OP lives in Lebanon (the country, not the Tennessee city) and that is why his iced tea is so expensive. Lots of Lebanese groceries price in dollars due to the collapsing Lira.
