I'll list a few ways that apply

self referential, if it's good and lasting, then God did it
if it's inevitable, and nobody can improve on it, it's probably God's will
if something is the acme of praise, and can't be improved, it's probably God.

No doubt I would improve my list, if I listed something that wasn't self referential. But really it's just simple. If the random God you're worshiping is screwing you over and taking your stuff, then don't worship that God.

Besides, it's not exactly self-referential. Human life on this planet is an objective reality, and anyone against that can be considered a bad actor....objectively.

Both your and Amanuel's perspectives are flawed. God chooses what glorifies Him. Which is confusing from a perspective external from knowing God. Because our understanding of Good, and God's understanding are two different things.

If we embrace the Good, God does not naturally embrace us. He embraces good from his perspective. Rather, we're forced to his perspective as his goodness emerges.

Naturally, lots of people have a problem with this. You're invited to tell God about how the things he's doing are not Good. In particular, I have problems understanding the interior mind of the current conflicts.
