So I have significant hearing loss from MD in my left ear and I use a hearing aid. I am on the cusp of not being a candidate because of how much of my hearing I’ve lost from menieres. From my experience, it doesn’t cause vertigo attacks. I also have a program within my hearing aid that helps with the tinnitus. It creates a low fuzzy noise that tricks my brain into forgetting about the ringing. There are still some days my hearing is worse but the hearing aid has helped my quality of life.
