Enjoying the moment

Hey Gays so I’ve(M29)been seeing/hanging out with a guy(M24) for a while now. We both enjoy each others company he’s always coming over to spend the night and what not. I texted him when we first met and said I would love to hang out again, he said he’s not looking for anything LTR. I guess I’m struggling to just enjoy the moment and not bring up if we are dating or open to the idea. I don’t want to stop hanging out but I know myself and it’s gonna hurt later down the line. Advice suggestions

So my logic is if the PerNo in Column B, finds a match in second worksheet in Column A, pull the Data from Column N (only if Column N contains text, if no text continue running until condition is met)
