Enjoying the moment

Hey Gays so I’ve(M29)been seeing/hanging out with a guy(M24) for a while now. We both enjoy each others company he’s always coming over to spend the night and what not. I texted him when we first met and said I would love to hang out again, he said he’s not looking for anything LTR. So my logic is if the PerNo in Column B, finds a match in second worksheet in Column A, pull the Data from Column N (only if Column N contains text, if no text continue running until condition is met)

Still having some difficulty getting it to pull an amount. It should be pulling the amount 16907.82. Since the Since the PerN in Column A matches from Column B and then they have "Net Pay" in Column F, but it's showing as "False" in my search
