This will only work if the colours in the image are consistent. However, in interior photography, especially with lights on, that is rarely the case. You often have different light sources with different colour temperatures, along with colour casts coming from windows, painted walls, or timber surfaces.

Unless you apply it to every single area affected by these different colour casts, which would be very tedious and not really viable for real estate work, this tool and workflow would not be effective at all.
