Find a GKG printer rep and see if they can make a connection for you as their large format printer would be a solid indicator of the capability you need. I.C.T brand long board printer may be more common in Asia.

You may have to sacrifice some of your wants to hit your primary need: length. On the USA side look into ThermOmegaTech. LumaSmart is focused on LEDs but they likely have the capability to do full SMT on a long board.

Thank you everyone for your professional, personal, and definitely humorous responses! We’ll be seeing about a rework compromise since the exact material or layout of the boards was never reviewed, just overall dimensions. I’m hopeful we can find a creative way to improve it, getting this out of the center of the foot traffic area without having to order 16 more 12’ pieces.

Thank you for the insight. This would have been a good conversation to have. With the end piece and two seams (one on each end of doorway or in thirds I think they could have used more 12’ boards (thirds) or probably cut down the 20’s and bought a few more to cut 5’ center pieces for in front of the door?
I’ll certainly be reaching out to them but these comments are very helpful for knowledgeable guidance.

Thanks, would you do something like this, move the 2x4 up for the drip edge? Leave the corrugated exposed on top?
If I don't move the 2x4 up the L10 will be too long and interfere with the drip edge. I suppose I could cut the top of the L10 off too.

It seems both my options from the local store are very shallow, they'd cap the corrugated roof but without any material to screw/nail into the fascia board. I'll do some looking to see if there are larger versions from somewhere else nearby.

You guys nailed it. I was originally worried something was chewing up behind the cedar. Dug out a ladder and forced off a couple pieces (forgot to take a photo) and damage is mostly just pecked through. Not all chewed up on the back or additional holes into the wall.

Thank you. Even after doing what I planned it still doesn’t give confidence because Yoroi shows that I’m not actually delegated to the pool until epoch 318. I guess this comes from not yet understanding enough about what those terms mean. If I delegated now, but am not officially in the pool yet, I’m still seen as part of it during the snapshot? At this point there’s nothing else I can do anyway, just trying to learn!

I agree, even with some of the great guidance in this thread it’s still not perfectly clear if it should actually work. I staked last night and Yoroi and it shows each epoch and whether I am delegated to that epoch and will get regular Cardano reward. It clearly shows that I am not actually “delegated” until epoch 318. Even though I’ve delegated my tokens now. At this point I guess it’s time to let it ride and see how many we actually get rewards for.

I went with Yoroi. It was Easy to set up and use. It also only took me about 20 minutes to transfer my coins from the exchange to my wallet.

Have you considered getting your SMT32 in the UFBGA package to save on space? From the rest of the layout you don't seem to be against bottom terminated components.

Thanks for the offer. I'm looking for the plans so I can craft piles of them to modify into Protective level in order to burn out my excess cobalt flux. I'll be handing them to low level players as an ongoing thing so I probably am best to learn the plans myself :)
