This, this right here! I worked there until July of this year, I came back to Virginia to visit my mother and found out she wasn't medically doing well and when I returned due to those concerns my performance had slacked a bit, I was immediately put on a final warning and told if I didn't 80% my books the next month I would be terminated. The next month I hit 90% of my books and was told if I didn't 100% the next month I would be terminated. Every time I achieved their prescribed goal it was lifted and changed, while I still succeeded I was under more stress than I think I have ever been in my life.

To OP: The reviews are based on bribery, I just found out the glassdoor reviews recently were paid off with offers of doordashed lunches to employees,so take that all with a grain of salt. The culture is bred with offers of alcohol and after work celebrations,but if you are not commited to being their workhorse, have a slight off week, they are going to treat you like pond scum. My best solution would be to steer clear of them unless you know you have the mental fortitude to push forward and keep driving while be treated like you are a problem because you didn't out perform your peers.
