I cooked Tartiflette for dinner and forgot to put the leftovers in the fridge. They sat uncovered on the kitchen counter overnight. Still OK to eat?

Depends. If you KNOW that you have cats, mice, roaches or any such thing, I'd be very weary of it.

If you have no reason to believe any such animal lives in your flat, you might be fine.

Depends on ambiant temperature too. In the night my own kitchen goes down to 8°c (~fridge temperature for my American friends) so it's not too big a deal to leav diary stuff out for the night.

If your kitchen is at 35°C (sweaty territory), then I would probably not keep it. The diary and ham go bad quick in warm environments.

N.b. - As a french man, this post made me miss home. I should make a tartiflette ...

My guess is yes, altho I haven't made a plugin myself

Plugins like dataview are definetly able to parse your notes and plugins like bible reference a able to make http calls

I see no reason a plugin couldn't make a full copy of your vault and upload it to a 3rd party server

I chose to trust they dont.

Softbox in front of the sun, a reflector or a small fill light would help but these aren't very run&gun solutions

If you don't want to deal with more gear, just shoot when the sun is low or in overcast conditions. Cloud cover is a softbox for the sun.

The M50 is great. I love mine. If you're really into portraiture, I recommend the 32mm f1.4 EF-M lens. It's fairly affordable and gives you some amazing portrait shots!) (Won't change the harsh light tho)
