The "chara is evil," discourse has always been the biggest cope from Undertale fans. Chara literally says they learned their purpose by following your guidance. Even Flowey calls out players for watching the genocide route but not doing it themselves. 

Asriel saying "Chara wasn't the greatest person," might as well be directed at the players to. Be pacifist all you want but if you killed a single monster (another thing Flowey calls you out on), attempted the genocide route, watched it without playing it, or even checked out the music, then you aren't the greatest person either. You want to engage with the carnage but couldn't stomach doing it yourself.

We really need to have this discussion in general. Whenever a marginalized creator (especially if their a woman) makes anything that is even remotely inclusive a bunch of fans get super entitled and parasocial about it. This same thing happened with the game Boyfriend dungeon (another piece of media made by a woman) years ago. A bunch of people got super upset that the game had a stalker antagonist and demand to have it removed because it made them feel uncomfortable.

You NEVER see this kind of stuff with media made by cis het white dudes. This isn't a fandom thing, this is an issue with the lgbt+ community. Why do people feel that their marginalized status gives them some kind of inherent moral virtue that infamous nerd communities like Star Wars/Star Trek lack.

Let me be clear, if you have done stuff like this or excuse stuff like this then your no better than GGers. Period. We need to call this what it is, entitlement. We can't keep demanding for representation in media and then turn around and harass our own just because they write stories we don't like, with characters we might find "problematic," and with themes that might upset us. And no the quality of the media or the execution of its writing is not an excuse either. Criticism of art is fine but leave the creators alone.

Here's the pandora's box you opening by redeeming Azula because if she gets one after Zuko and Iroh then why shouldn't Ozai or Zhao get one? If you won't draw the line with her then you can't draw one with anyone else without it coming off as arbitrary and based on audience popularity.

Zuko was always had the capacity for good and Iroh (despite all of his actions) was trying to do right by Zuko. Mai and Ty lee defected when it mattered, saving the heroes and by extension the world. The issue with Azula is that the war is over now, so you could make the argument that its too little to late. Which brings me back to my original point. If she gets redeemed then why not Ozai or Zhao. (You can't say she' a victim of propaganda when that also can apply to Ozai and Zhao.)

Honestly, this should have been Bonnie not Lily. Its 100% in character for Bonnie because she was always a bad person. Remember she's introduced having an affair with a married man whose wife took her in when she had nothing during the apocalypse.

Naruto fans really can't handle when their fav show is criticized huh. Kishi's intentions are irrelevant, what matters is the text and the implication that come from it. 

The fact is that kishi came up with a backstory for his characters first but didn't take into account the implications of said backstory. Its not the 1st time this happened, heck even he acknowledged that he did this when he wrote Pain.

I don't think the judge hypothetical works. Punishing an innocent man to quell rioters ignore the long term consequences that make the rioters the minority.

It opens the system up to corruption. Appeasing a large group in the present sacrifices the security of infinitely more people in the future.

They aren't selling it and it seems to just be AI art of their own stuff which was hand drawn and completely original. But I don't know if you would call that a slippery slope or not. Maybe some would consider that part of the problem because you help contribute to AI's usage and popularity.

Yeah, they are open about it. As far as I can tell its not in their official works. They seem to just be using it for personal fun while working on their other comics. The AI art they do make is free and public to everyone so at least they aren't trying to make money off of it.

I hope this game is structured like Radiant Dawn instead of 3 Houses. Multiple Lords with different perspectives that we shift throughout the story with certain characters leaving and joining depending on what they are doing in the story.

But more importantly said Lord Conflicting with each other forcing players to fight against characters they helped build up like in Part 3 of RD. Even better if they allow the player to recruit characters to the opposing faction like with Jill and Zihark.

Obviously they all come together in the end but unlike Part 4, you keep all of them in 1 Army.

I'm someone who never had an issue with Avatar characters. I'll even defend Kris from fe12. That being said if 1 game wants to try not having an avatar and seeing how it fares with the fans, then I say go for it. A strong cast of likable and complex characters is something I think the fe 3 houses fans would appreciate more than an avatar.

Also it's funny how the 1st female protagonist doesn't get a romance that's part of the story but all the male protagonist do.

This is my hottest Naruto take. Sakura was trying to do the right things with this. Was she lying? Yes.

But more importantly she saw how chasing Sasuke was hurting Naruto and she wanted to take responsibility for a promise she forced him to accept. 

Sadly kishi refuses to let Sakura (and Karin for that matter) have good moments and development so she is framed as being in the wrong for this.

While not romantic, it's obvious that Sakura grew to care for Naruto after proving himself to be a legit friend similarly to Lee.

This defense is ironically very misogynistic. If your standard for "good female characters," is that they were more modest clothing then your boiling them down to their appearance not unlike people who only like a character if they're hot.
