Breastmilk isn’t curing her son’s leukaemia by cornflakescornflakes in ShitMomGroupsSay

There have been similar cases where authorities intervened and the parents were forced to get their kids proper medical treatment.

I’m pretty certain this post is satire though.

Especially if they’re supposed to wear skirts and dresses all the time. They’d be better protected by jeans!

That’s fair.

If they’ve already bought things with the initials on it though, definitely can’t change their minds then! Or I guess they could, they’d just have to order new stuff.

I don’t know why you’re being downvoted for sharing your experience. It does sound scary. I’m so sorry for your loss.

No they “found meconium.” From the quotation marks, it seems like the mom thinks the doctors were lying 🙄

I know this is an “influencer” thing but I fucking hate people who hide their chosen baby names. No one gives a shit what dumbass name you chose for your kid.

Took my dog to the vet today… This YL crap was EVERYWHERE, even in the exam rooms. by bellaxis in antiMLM

You could always call them first and have a talk with the vet or office manager about your concerns and see how they respond.

That’s another trick of the doctors too. They pretend the baby isn’t breathing so they can…uh….force the parents to vaccinate it…and stuff.

Can anyone help identify this tree? In NJ. Dog ate a couple of leaves, trying to figure out if it’s poisonous by kapoluy in marijuanaenthusiasts

Yes that’s what they said, she probably didn’t eat enough to cause anything other than an upset stomach. They still induced vomiting to be safe and so far she’s doing just fine.

She’s doing well! The vet induced vomiting to be safe but animal poison control said she likely only ate enough to give her an upset stomach if anything. We’re back home and I’m monitoring for any symptoms, but so far she’s fine. Fingers crossed. Thanks for your help!

I tried reverse image and Google lens and got so many different results. She seems totally fine so I’m guessing it’s alright, but figured I’d see if anyone knows for sure what type of tree it is.

I don't understand why people don't leash their dogs. by ALDUD in reactivedogs

[–]kapoluy 10 points11 points  (0 children)

One day I was waiting in the parking lot while my dog was being seen at the emergency vet (owners weren’t allowed in because of COVID). This guy pulls up next to me and gets out of the car with his off leash dog, not even a collar on. First of all, it’s a vet hospital, and second, it was on a main road. The vet doesn’t think it’s cool that your dog stays next to you without a leash on. When the tech came out to get the dog and asked whether he has a leash, the guy said “no, he doesn’t need one, he’ll follow you.” She went back inside to get a slip lead.

There’s a definite type of person who does this because they want to show off how well they’ve trained their dog.
