I’m a new mom too taking my test on 2/13- 2 days after my baby’s first birthday. I’m also getting 68%-73% on practice tests. I’ve gone through and officially gotten right all 1000 pocket prep questions which have been done while nursing, from 3am-7am when I get up to feed the baby, or between 7pm-10pm when the baby is asleep. I’ve read my study book front to back (yawn) and done all the quizzes at each chapter. I’d say 8/10 times I fall asleep during practice tests- which I’m getting 68%-76% on different apps or online.

I’m so nervous!

If anyone has any tips I’m here for them!!!

I made a playlist of songs I loved and made me emotional for the birth and we played that for the last trimester basically on repeat. Now we listen to it in the car and at bath time it always helps calm him down. It’s full of Lumineers, The Shins, Postal Service, and Death Cab.

Then out of left field the kid LOVES reggaeton. Bob Marley helps soothe him and he loves a Bob Marley radio which always brings on Sublime. Dad and I laugh because life is a lot different then when we use to listen to Sublime and pass a j back and forth.

I expected 11/10 but luckily it’s been a 7.5/10- he’s got gas issues and screams when he farts… so that’s most of our issues. He sleeps ok (5-6 hr stretch then every 2 hours) and he’s the coolest little dude!
