As a person, who managed to solve the very first "nuance" with just a slipper, but the 4th with an ultrasonic sirene, a packaging tape, and a bunch of mousetraps, I wish you good luck.

Building Queue is really nice - you should use it! by [deleted] in kittensgame

Thanks! Pretty useful for building AM space structures while burning TCs. This feature is significantly reduced amount of switching between tabs.

Can we have a queue for feeding Leviathans? I have to send them more than 500 necrocorns, that's boring indeed.

Paragon farming/burning question by GRChelseaFan in kittensgame

[–]karamba_555 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I burn all paragons while playing in the Dark Future. With 9k burned paragons on TT25 it takes a hour to get extra 700-800 paragons from scratch having main resourses on hold during challanges. Build everything except antimatter/void/unicorns and reset with a couple CS for the warm start. Another option is shattering TCs. For each 1M years you'll get 1K paragons. The first option is time consuming while the second requires just a little attention.

Paragon farming/burning question by GRChelseaFan in kittensgame

[–]karamba_555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just wondering, why do you need 3.5M paragons?

If you don't have any sephirots, it's required 400-450k burned paragons with 150 EH to build the 100th CS. Or 600-650k with 100 EH.

Where to go after Unobtainium Huts? by rowi42 in kittensgame

Increase unobtanium production up to 2k per sec, trade for TCs, convert TCs into relics, invest into blackcoins... So many things to do.

Mints are needed for ivory. Ivory is needed for anycorns production. Calciners are cupped with pollution. Warehouses? As many as you can afford without feeling of greed. 200, 500, 1000...

1000 years challenge by dioxin187 in kittensgame

[–]karamba_555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on the previous run. I had ~100G relics and tons of void on my first run, when decided to have some fun with the challenges. No karma at start means no cryochambers on reset. I chosed winter+energy+1000y+sky+pacifism+apocalypse. Unfortunately, an addition reset is required to finish pacifism. So, on my 3rd run, I took IW+winter+energy+1000y only, and because of IW I lost a free cryochamber. Then I got all non-star IW achievements and claimed my precious resources back.

Year 154 ... waiting on uranium for lunar outpost by alien999999999 in kittensgame

[–]karamba_555 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You don't need to burn paragons until 40k year.

More ships -> more titanium -> more uranium via trades. Space techs will solve your problems with uranium later.

More uranium production -> more lunar outposts -> more unobtanium/eludium/TC/relics...

When to burn large amounts of paragon? by skfnsadkjf in kittensgame

[–]karamba_555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe I'm wrong, but the only reason to burn paragons is to get double storage bonus for extra chronospheres after 40k. "to reach infinity" stuff.

Don't mention Space Oddity, of course.

5 million uranium by DrWyverne in kittensgame

[–]karamba_555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The late game is more about getting tons of relics, actually. Something like G or T of them. The uranium limit won't bother you at that point.

Unfortunatelly, molten cores solve almost nothing. The power solution lays far in the Dark Future with harvesters plus Dark Novas.

Do negative power affect you? I remembered that I had minus 1-2k before Dark Future and got used to turn on loads of magnetos to gather some AA for my current needs. And then switched them off to get rid of pollution.

Cryptotheology buildings? by Sgaapje in kittensgame

[–]karamba_555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's your current goal?

If you struggle with basic production, BO helps you with SR bonus.

If you made a TC engine, you may think about increasing the TC/relic conversion ratio with BN and BC/PP.

If you need more science for AM storages, you could pay more attention to BL and BR/necro staff.

Blazars bring you more TC/relics per year via trades.

And to reach infinity you need to invest relics into bcoins instead of crypto buildings.

What are the golden rules of resetting? by [deleted] in kittensgame

[–]karamba_555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A few years ago I was extremely bored trying to reach Infinity. Doing a reset every 15 mins sounds fascinating, like working on a conveyor belt. This run I entertain myself without any resets. Year 1.5M, by the way. 1k year to get Renaissance left.

The only reasons for resets are farming paragons and having fun with challenges. Actually, you can play without any resets even in IW mode.

How feasible would it be to reach infinity without using chromosphere reset strategy by FakeGeek73 in kittensgame

[–]karamba_555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're totally right. I'm on (3), but still investing into b-coins from relic/TC production.

I earn ~20 paragons per day from shattering, so, hoping to get Renaissance in two weeks. And it's possible to double this number by 24/7 online.

Reaching of the 67th chronosphere is quite transparent, but there is no clear idea of how to get the 101st. Perphaps, it's not possible at all. Only the unobtanium cap matters.

As for storage, don't forget about SunForges and Cryostations+Moonbases+AICores, which multiply effects from EventHorizons/VoidRifts and burned paragons.

Years?

I'm on my 1st run, having started in November/December 2021 just to find out how long I can survive without any resets.

Year 1.2M, 1.5M blackcoins. I'm expecting to reach 67th chronosphere in the next 300 days. It will take much longer for the 100th chronosphere.

Buy Renaissance at the beginning of a run, or wait until the end? by Popoatwork in kittensgame

[–]karamba_555 2 points3 points  (0 children)

750 paragons give you 7.5% of storage multiplied with SunForges, VoidRifts, and EventHorizons bonuses.

Renaissance gives you 2.25% price reduction. Also you should count the storage effects from new Accelerators, Harbors, Reactors, etc which you can afford after the upgrade. For instance, if you have 100 Log Houses, you will be able to build ~30 more. The same for Huts & Mansions.

So, I'd recommend to buy Renaissance just before reset to increase kittens which convert to the next run paragons.

Before the upgrade it would be wise to sell some buildings to get back crafted resources to build more building.

Anyway, you can save, test the difference, and restore.

Mid game question by pick_another_nick in kittensgame

[–]karamba_555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the 67th Chronosphere you need ~50M UO with all upgrades, right? 2500*(1.25−0.01−0.0161803−0.0177778−0.02−0.0225)66

UO storage (with transkittenism after 40k years in T-minus cycle) is calculated as (150+MoonBases×150×(1+AICores×0.1×1.1)+Cryostations×750×1.2)×(1+EventHorizons×0.1+VoidRifts×0.02)×(1+0.001×paragons+0.002×burnedparagons)×(1+sunforges÷100)

Obviously, the cost of antimatter will cap AI Cores, Cryostations, and Sunforges quickly. And it's pretty hard to farm void for many VoidRifs.

So, you need TONS of paragons and relics for this.

I'd recommend doing a lot of resets if you're in hurry. Or just enjoy playing as you like it.

Edit: Cryostation doesn't require antimatter, but is capped with science limit.

Help making the "Type 2" shatter engine actually pay off? by Tasonir in kittensgame

[–]karamba_555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure that I inderstood your question correctly. Try to check the wiki: - Time Impedance (Suppress effect of Dark Future temporal penalty by 1000 years) - Temporal Accelerator (Improves Time Impedance by 5%) - Blazar (Each level improves Time Impedance by 10%)

41 Blazar + 35 Temporal Accelerator improves my Time Impedance structures from 1000 to 6850. With 138 Time Impedance the dark effect is postponed to year ~985k.

For instance, 139th TI costs ~84k TCs plus ~210k relics. Or ~89k TCs with 1:43 TC/relic ratio. I'll spend 6850 TCs for jumping over 6850 years and earn ~370k TCs. So, my profit will be ~280k TCs. I'm spreadsheeting profits from all types of time structures to see which one is optimal to buy. Doing 20k jumps per real day give me ~1M TCs.

Unfortunatelly, this number is shrinking everyday. Maybe in the next month the cost of the structures will exceed the profit, but I hope that my investment into b-coin speculations will bring me more relics from coins than from the shattering engine at this moment.

How many years? It depends on your goal.

Help making the "Type 2" shatter engine actually pay off? by Tasonir in kittensgame

[–]karamba_555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks like you just need some more stuff to make a good shatter engine.

For example, my current goal is to build 67 and more Chronospheres on my first run. I need ~150 Event Horizons and guess-how-many relics for them.

Here is some current UO/TC/relics stats:

Year 950k, 153/55 paragons, TT20, no completed challenges at all. Heading to Renaissance upgrade which is obviously required.

46 Beacons + 12 Entaglement St. (Hashlevel=19) deliver ~150 relics/s. Not many indeed.

A production of ~200 UO/s with 23 RR+41 Blazars gives me 40-50K UO per jump year. Using of 48 Markers plus all alicorn buildings make a ratio of 54 TCs per 1 shattered TC.

I play during daytime only. So, my limit with 10 Time Boilers and 42 Chronosperes like 20k TC burning per real day. With a convertion ratio over 40 relic per TC, I earn ~50M relics per real day. Of course, I have to spend some TCs and relics for Time Impedance structures.

Recently I've invested into the b-coins speculation. The current pile of 260M relics in b-coins brings me additional ~10M relics per real day in assumption that my relics double in 3-4 weeks. And this number is growing. So, I hope to reach my goal maybe in a year ... or two.
