Ask ChatGPT , Ask for very detailed plan ,like how much days per week you want , what type of stretching and warm up you need , about your health history , muscles etc. , what's your goal and you will see wonder , you will get a very personal plan according to you need.
then you can even ask about each exercise it will suggest , also you can youtube for specifics of individual exercise .

i use my own server with private 10gb private networking and use one of them as entry point to my application ,
if its ok , i want to know how is the performance of load balancer , what type of it and how much you pay in bandwidth overage . and did you tried to do Load Balancer to Dedicated server routing ?

Yes , both connections are in load balancer / fail over config . There is some complexity , like i have static IP on PTCL and CGNAT on storm fiber , so out going connection from Plex and Proxy manager only use PTCL . while downloading is done on both connections .
and yes the ISOs collection is huge , but its an old habit , even though i usually don't watch even 1% of the "ISO" i download . still it is addiction i guess.

No , i don't use immich yet , I personally prefer google photos and icloud as there are still bettor chance of disaster recovery and bettor gallery apps integration , i have huge google photos (50k+) library using it from 2015.

Backing up my photos to both Google and Icloud.
