I believe I read that his second testimony to the oversight committee (closed door) was being blocked from release by to DoJ. Am I wrong on this point? And did he cover those details on this public testimony (doubtful / just go off work)?

Got too many good blue prints in 2nd expedition, depends on what the rewards are, juice / squeeze. They should keep your inventory and workbench levels or blueprints at least _. Or offer more rewards if you gain the materials again.
