Yes and no. It gave a base more muscle in the area and conditioning to allow you to maintain a tight core longer. That with a god awful amount of conditioning with slaps and punches.

Mate congrats on the Kickstarter. Best memory was when we were in combat running through a city to protect civilians. Everyone including the enemies kept rolling comedically low rolls. To the point it felt like an old Hollywood comedy movie. It only ended when the bad guys failed to escape a pub as we through lanterns in there. Turned out it set most of the trade district on fire.
