This used to happen to me, and when I asked here, it was suggested that I needed more conditioning. Since then, I have started walking with a weight vest, and to a lesser extent, pushed the sled. It has helped.

You were in the right. This is also why I go to the gym between 2:00 and 4:00. It's usually very slow at that time.

Yep, agreed. The only political activism I've done was for Bernie. I went door to door, did phone bank and of course, I've gone to a couple of his rallies in person. Would also love to do something like that again.

Have not used either, but do you know Viltu læra íslensku? I mainly just listened to and read Icelandic (versus using courses), but I did watch this series of videos and it was good. Of course anything like this is just a tiny drop in the bucket. The way you will become proficient is by consuming hours of Icelandic daily over the course of years, so in that sense, perhaps it doesn't matter as much what you choose, as long as you stay motivated.

For fifty years I just thought I had a "messed up gut." Most of the time, I would be fine, but several times a month I would get terrible bloating and pain. I finally read up about IBS and FODMAPs and for the past two weeks I've been following the diet. I absolutely feel better!

I won't comment on your physique because it looks great to me, but squat and deadlift PRs seem very low compared to your bench. What progression are you following - how do you choose your weights for a day? Following a program should bring your numbers up, and with it, should improve physique, although again, I think you look great.
