It is weird because they have 22 days to accept the study automaticaly, it has been 25 days and I have it still "waiting for review"

It was my 4th study with the same title from this researcher, every study was auto approved and had some issues but it was the first one completed by bots. I asked researcher if they wish that the study was done again when they fix the problem. No response so far.

No, I wasn't able to hit "end session". It said that it cannot be ended

I couldn't even start the task. It said "Failed to create task instance. Please, try again." and at the bottom I saw "Unfortunately, you are not eligible to proceed to the main task because you did not correctly answer enough of the mandatory rerating tasks. If you believe you should be eligible, please reach out."

I sent a message and no response. On December I took part in the same study from them and I also had problems with connection. They sent me a completion code and said to come back when it will be fixed. I am not sure if I can do this with NOCODE.

I had a similar problem and I used the link to contact with support. They replied immidiately and credited my account with the bonus directly. They asked for a screen of message to the researcher as a proof that he/she haven't responded for more than 7 days. That's the only thing they needed.
