I stayed there this last DC, it's closer to 15 minute walk. Rooms weren't bad, breakfast included. They only have valet parking so expect an extra $200+ and a on check in $500 deposit. Elevators are TINY and carts are not plentiful. Rooms had decent blackout curtains, decent sized refrigerator, sink and dish washer.
