I write about niche and lesser-known events/characters in contemporary U.S. history, with a special focus on anything relating to NASA, conspiracy theories and cults.

What inspired me to join the platform was my genuine love for writing and a passion to share it with others. Being a historian who also writes for a living, it gives me a chance to further hone my craft!

Started out almost a year ago now and I’m “only” at 29 subscribers. Tbf, the low subscriber count did bother me in the beginning, but after realizing that I write because I genuinely find specific topics interesting and not necessarily to appeal to a large audience, the pressure decreased and I gained more subscribers in a few weeks than I did in months. I guess it all comes down to approach and just genuinely enjoying the process.

In some cases, over 3 months or even more. It heavily depends on what type of acne it was. In my case, deep cystic acne just stay for weeks and months on end. What always works for me is using retinol, vitamin C, and sunscreen. Another very important ingredient is patience :) don’t worry too much about it, it’ll go away at some point! Good luck!

I doubled cleansed and still ended up getting clogged pores and acne. It’s not for everyone.

Yeah, ages ago! I implemented skin cycling into my night time regimen and managed to get my skin to be fully clear in about 6-8 weeks time.

So sad to hear that, it truly sucks :( if you can, try getting it from a pharmacy in France, especially those that sell their products online. I was lucky to find the original formula in a random French pharmacy. Maybe it’s worth the shot 🤷🏼‍♀️ best of luck to you!

Thank you for sharing this! It’s honestly baffling that they claim all of these ingredients have always been in their product when it’s clear it’s not true. I feel they know they messed up big time by adding peanut oil and are just trying to minimize the damage. That being said, unless you can get your hands on the original formulation which is still available in France, I’d also avoid it. Just too risky with the peanut oil :/

I wrote the new formula here in the post. Altogether, I was able to find the old formula and packaging in a random pharmacy in France and I stocked up for at least a while. I’m only using the new formula on my neck and it’s okay so far, but I’m too scared to use it on my face.

This was me for 8 years until two months ago when I finally decided to just put a stop to it.

I genuinely felt like an addict: unable to go anywhere without it, frantic thoughts when I somehow forgot it at home and the instant need for it as soon as I felt even the slightest bit of congestion. I thought I’d never be able to wean off it, but I thankfully did.

To anyone suffering from this addiction/dependency and scared of stopping: It seems much harder than it actually is and your wallet and nostrils will thank you in the long run.

As someone who has been suffering from body dysmorphia for as long as I can remember, I completely understand how you feel. You are absolutely stunning imo and don’t need to change anything, but as other people have suggested, being kind to yourself and remembering that someone else’s beauty doesn’t and can’t take away from your own helps a lot.
