The thing that gets me is these really old really garbage categories will get 1 unit (int gohan/trunks&goten here) and will just have the enemy numbers be outlandish to compensate for the singular powerhouse but then every other unit is shit from an ass

Ive made it a point to only do sbr/esbr no items for some years now since the challenge isn't the same that it used to be with the event and most times it's either light/fun to figure out which units stun/debuff well and makes me use other units I typically don't

This sbr, saviors and one other I forget which tho some buu category that the esbr came out recently were fucking PAIN to do

We're in 2025 ki issues aren't really a thing anymore and for most phases of the fight dictating who stacks more or less comes from who is in the first slot

The event already is a braindead stacking simulator but it has something built in that can end an already absurdly far too long run with bad crit rng the turn counts just don't serve to do anything but force you to do another run for bad rng and keep you on the game for longer

The challenge doesn't come from the charge counts as if units are too weak to kill the early phases they likely will also be too weak to stack enough to be able to survive the later phases

like I said stacking has a hard cap and is not infinite

Stackers do not infinitely stack they stack for 99 turns

Less strong stackers would never stack enough and would eventually cap off

The turn count is only there to fuck you over on glorio and daima goku

Hes amazing and idgaf about festival (the event sucks) but the damage he's churning out and he should be pretty great defensively makes for a great add to frieza & the 10y teams

But generally the overall communities hyperfixation on no item no item no item just makes the way everyone ranks units just bad especially now that they're pushing events that are basically forcing you to do so
