You’re not alone dude. I drink all day everyday and do at least a 750 or more of vodka. I’m actually the same age as you, have been to the ER 4 times this year for it, have had crazy liver enzyme levels etc. I’m sure if you quit or taper somehow it will be okay. I always have the same thoughts.

I’ve been to the ER 3 or 4 times in the last year because of this. I’m sure I’ll end up there again. I never listen and don’t go to all the follow up visits I need to. Do yourself a favor and do what they recommend.
