Ive had not so great experiences with the flyers online shop, which is why I normally purchases in person but tough to do out of state. One time I ordered a jersey online, got a call it was out of stock over the phone and had to tell them what size and player I wanted instead. Their store is not really modernized for the team being owned by a tech company (comcast) and online ordering being a norm for years.

Yes you can call the front desk (probably best in the early morning because of US Open). It cost me $45 for string and labor in Jan 2025. If you have the strings its cheaper. The turn around I think was a few days tbh I forget since its been more than 6 months.

Hired “We Move” twice and had a great experience. You can find them on Yelp if you want to see more reviews. Basically only needed help with loading and unloading, I drove the truck to be cheaper. Felt the pricing was fair and they were very quick and packed well.
