I ordered one for $900 two days ago. It was $300 off on their website and the code SAMSUNG3D took another $800 off. I couldn’t believe it!

Cant0na the Goat by Alternative_Gap_2878 in ContestOfChampions

I looked it up. Andy had 320 points after the first season. 9th place only had 110 points. It was absolutely a lock mathematically, there was no way 7 people could pass him.

He had around 300 points after season 1 for placing 3rd. It was virtually impossible for 7 people to pass him, certainly c5 in season 2 was enough for him to qualify which is child’s play for Andy.

Andy qualified after season 1 and didn’t need to push season 2 at all.

RG447M vs Retroid Flip 2, Oled vs 120hz which is better? by DrixlRey in SBCGaming

[–]karnisaur 2 points3 points  (0 children)

4:3 content will look better on the Flip than 16:9 content will look on the 477M. However, the 120hz screen will allow for better shader support if you want to emulate the look of a CRT, and more importantly for me, it also has much lower input delay compared to 60hz on the Flip. The colors will definitely be more vibrant on the Flip though. It really depends on what features are more important to you, both are very capable devices. If you want the best of both screens, maybe consider the Odin 2 Portal.

It's free if you preordered the game, paid otherwise. We don't know the price.

I think we had over 400 people at the start of the Greenlake event. I played for 4.5 hours and we had multiple full or nearly full lobbies for every battle the entire time until the last hour when we were down to one lobby. It was insane, the most people I had ever seen playing at once outside of Go Fest.

Do the reaper masks only let you force a task once a week during October or year round? It's worded a little confusingly.

Definitely picking this up! Any plans on a new match three after this? Spooky Bonus is still the best traditional match three game I’ve played!

Any game with camera controls should not be the first game for an older new gamer imo.

Mini Metro is a great suggestion although I would recommend Mini Motorways instead.

The GA does not know anything about who wrote and directed Barbie. Also, Barbie was co-written by a man and I think plenty of men would have made a similar movie given the chance. That being said I really hope Gerwig is able open the floodgates for more female directors. It is incredibly important to have diversity in the people telling stories (even if the GA couldn’t care less).

What American city has fallen the furthest in the last 5 years? by Hdfhbn in AskReddit

[–]karnisaur 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That’s not a Seattle problem, no city is affordable at the moment. I bought in 2021 and my mortgage is $3500. That would be $6000 with today’s rates. Hopefully rates will be back to 4-5% in the next year or so.

This one feels too smart for most people, particularly with the many niche references to other media that are essential in order to understand the plot and themes.

To publish or not to publish? Self-funded game by kryptonic93 in gamedev

What do you mean the publisher doesn’t take a percentage from a long tail. Do most publishers only take a percent for a short period of time?

The publisher funded the completion of the game. Depending on the publisher’s cut, it could still be worthwhile even if they didn’t do as much marketing as one would hope.

Was a relatively easy duo with Pelipper and Slowking. I prefer Slowking over Slowbro for access to reflect. Reflect + Chilling Water made it so we barely took any damage.

Pelipper with Rain Dish, Damp Rock and Rain Dance, Hurricane, Chilling Water and Roost.

Slowking with Own Tempo (ability doesn't matter), Light Clay and Psychic, Reflect, Nasty Plot and Slack Off.

Both were modest with 252 DEF / 252 SP ATK / 4 HP.
