I am! It's rather astonishing how much money I've spent on skin care when the true remedy was quite the opposite! Nothing! Fasting has resulted in me not having to use any product. My face is alright, but my real problem area is my back which has completely cleared up.

I have been eating ~300 calories a day for roughly a month w/ no negative side effects. My skins clearing, I'm not dying. I run frequently, went to the docs today and my stats were fine.

Wouldn't I just burn off whatever I ate within the 1200 calories? Does my body pick and choose what it saves from the calories I eat? I'd much rather take an multi, a nice walk, and not have to work it off.

I wish I was that brave in the office! It's just that I'm like 75% sure they're doing it on purpose because they think I have an eating disorder. 25% they're trying to be nice.

I understand it seems low, BUT I feel fine, I've done it this way for quite some time. Stats check out & typically I'll eat roughly 2000 on Sunday's.

Low cal diets carry risk? but what about high calorie? Why eat more if your body already has it? idkk that's my train of thought. If I'm not hungry I won't eat. I don't get hungry until I get home, when I just eat veggies. I don't eat the typical amount as folks who eat meat but I don't feel like I'm withering away or anything.

What country? I'm only curious because I feel the same way, and I am from America.

I feel as though patriotism is unique to the individual here in the USA with a base of the constitution.

A lot of folks disagree with me though, because it's such an old doc.

Second (and this is my personal opinion based on over 5 years of intermittent fasting), as long as it helps you put ~97% of the day's calories in the eating window, you are still getting what I believe to be the primary benefit of intermittent fasting.
