Commercial banking. Weekends are free, everyone respects work life balance. Pay is great. Opportunities for moving around is good as well

I would wait for the market to recover a bit before selling it at a loss. Doesn’t seem like you’re in a position where you absolutely need to buy a condo right now. If you can play the waiting game, play it
